Point of contract
In terms of 'point of contract' orders are accepted when the goods are dispatched. Any e-mail sent to you beforehand is simply an acknowledgement of receipt and should not be regarded as full acceptance of the order. We implement this policy to cover instances of error on our web site and this does not effect your statutory rights.
All toys include VAT at 20%, unless otherwise stated.
We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions of goods are accurate. Variations in colour and design may occur, especially with painted products. Sizes are approximate.
We carefully source our products from quality suppliers. Our toys comply with European Toy Safety standards and carry the CE mark.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Failure to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, resulting in damage, deterioration or missing parts will result in a charge to you for the reduction in value.
We check all deliveries as they leave our premises, however, should your delivery arrive damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
If for any reason you are not happy with your choice, please contact us to register return. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be returned in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
